This privacy policy, as part of the consent form, sets out how Yusufull Nutrition uses and protects any personal information that you provide us.

“We”, Yusufull Nutrition is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected by adhering to the GDPR laws. We collect your personal data because you give us consent to do so, in order to provide independent nutrition and dietetic services to you.

  • Name, DOB, sex, address.

  • Contact information – email address and phone number.  

  • Cookies and data usage -see below

  • Information about your current health including (but not limited to) past medical history, medications, blood results, weight and height, dietary intake.

  • Further clinical information in relation to reports from other health professionals.

We may collect information how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

•         Professional clinical record keeping of client information

•         Sharing information with relevant health professionals (only when consent provided).

If we are under a duty to disclose or share your Personal Data to comply with any legal obligation, or to enforce or apply our terms of business or terms of use, and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our business, our clients, or others.

 We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place encrypted electronic systems and standard operating procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
